This is for 1 radio and we do not have the High Radio it pairs with.We are confident, yet aware of the possibilities so we are offering a 30-day guarantee to give you the time to thoroughly evaluate the unit. In similar equipment where licenses were involved we found that the radios were almost always licensed to the max speeds available, however it is my understanding that in this case the licensed speed is determined by the modem/IDU (not included and not available).
