FIRMWARE 3.8.2 upgrade kit for the MX800 radios. Others are offering this using "used" chips that may or may not work. I use only new chips and a Logical Devices burner to not only program the chips but run them both in and over and under voltage modes to make sure they will run in your radio. Why buy  used when you can buy new. Also I give you two chips for this price as long as you agree not to sell the spare on ebay after all it is a spare for you.
