Shipping
We ship primarily via FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. to the Continental US.  At times other private shipping companies may used as
well. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of Payment. (excluding weekends and holidays.)
A physical
address is needed for all orders as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Items will be shipped from one of our warehouses in the following states: Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada or Pennsylvania
Typically orders arrive
within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment.
Please note that we only ship to the
contiguous United States.
(This excludes all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Alaska, Hawaii Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands) We also do not ship internationally.
Shipping insurance is included for Loss/Damage protection on ALL orders.

Orders placed on weekend may be processed immediately and will be shipped on the following Monday.
Notification of shipment with tracking number will be sent to buyers within 24 hours of shipping.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding items marked as final sale). Returned items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags intact/attached. If there are any signs of wear,use, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you at your expense. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all actual shipping costs.
